We're looking for a dynamic Chemical Engineer / Application Engineer to support our Sales and Marketing teams and help drive the future of activated carbon applications.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to offer expert guidance and help choose the best activated carbon solutions, tailored to meet customer needs and processes.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of activated carbon, adsorption systems, and related services and equipment.
- Provide hands-on training to personnel, ensuring they're well-versed in activated carbon applications.
- Offer troubleshooting expertise for activated carbon systems as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and colleagues through your technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice on activated carbon, mobile filter systems, and reactivation services to the European Sales and Marketing teams.
- Oversee and coordinate laboratory testing, and manage the design, installation, and operation of pilot systems.
- Maintain and update your knowledge base to uphold the company's professional image and support customer needs.
- Keep an eye on competitive products and technologies, offering insights and assistance to our sales force.
- Train our European Sales and Marketing teams, helping them enhance their technical knowledge of our products and services.
- Strengthen customer relationships by deepening your understanding of their processes and needs.
- Represent our company at conferences by delivering insightful technical presentations.
