We're looking for a talented Chemical / Application Engineer to offer expert advice and support to our Sales and Marketing teams, driving innovative projects in activated carbon applications. Your Mission:
- Provide expert technical guidance to help our Sales and Marketing teams select the ideal activated carbon and adsorption systems based on customer processes and needs.
- Oversee every phase of projects, from experimental design to plant setup and operational launch.
- Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to manage and coordinate full-scale projects.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for activated carbon adsorption and reactivation systems.
- Manage laboratory tests and oversee the design, installation, and operation of pilot systems.
- Analyze test results and produce technical reports that meet customer needs.
- Keep track of competitor products and technologies, providing insights and technical support to the sales team.
- Train the European Sales and Marketing teams to enhance their technical knowledge of activated carbon and related services.
- Deepen your understanding of customer processes and applications to strengthen relationships and maintain a competitive edge.
- Present technical insights at industry conferences.
